Update on my last posting. Underwriters for State Farm have since instituted a “no renewal” policy for accounts that fail to update their property assessment and/or meet fire mitigation guidelines. Dhara took over our account from Holly and worked tirelessly to help us through the process. She went above and beyond in chasing down details, communicating with the underwriters and running down a discount option for the hail damage portion of our roof insurance.
