"I recently moved back into a house that I had been renting out for the last 24 years; consequently, I needed to modify my rental property policy to a homeowner's policy. When I received the renewal email, I replied with a *long* list of questions concerning the policy change, dwelling and personal property coverages, replacement costs and how the house's construction and features are documented.
